Heritage Community Park in Irvine has an ocean-themed playground with a pretend bait and tackle shop, boat-like climbing equipment, a net climbing funnel, and an accessible boat with a ramp. Water-play fountains sit beside it, and a kid-size basketball hoop is next to the play area. The park also has a lake, picnic areas, and sports fields and courts.
